Chairman

Smart Manda

Mr Manda is an Economist with broad expertise in Macroeconomic Modelling and Research. He was previously a Senior Economist in the Ministry of Industry and International Trade. Smart makes use of analytical skills to observe patterns, review data, and come up with logical conclusions. He also has very good communication skills as he communicates economic issues, explains reports, and gives presentations. Smart holds a PhD, MSc, and BSc in Economics as well as an MSc in Finance and Investment. Smart's skills include writing, presenting findings, and reporting. He also has several publications under his name in the areas of External Sector Development, Economic Growth, Monetary Policy, and Competitiveness.

Millias Zinyambi

Millias has about two decades of Security experience. He served in the Republic Police (ZRP) for six years before he joined Apex Corporation of Zimbabwe as Regional Security Manager in 2007. In Apex Corporation, he masterminded the creation and growth of a vibrant internal security division to secure assets for Apex's six divisions. In the ZRP he rose from being a graduate trainee to the rank of Assistant Inspector. Millias holds an MBA, LLM, LLBS, BSc Economics, CIS Diploma, and Certificates in police studies, training, and supervision. He is also a Finalist at CIS where he is studying Forensic Accounting. Millais is an Associate Member of both the (IODZ ) and CIS.

Chengetai M. Ndudzo

Mrs Ndudzo is a tried and tested leader with over fifteen years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, Communications, Sales, Event Management, and Corporate Governance. This spans different sectors including Real Estate, Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs), Business Membership Organisations (BMOs), Security, Retail, and Motor Industry. She also has vast experience dealing with globally recognized brands and has received nominations for Sales Executive and won CSI of the Year (Nissan-Zimbabwe). An IFC (World Bank) Train-the-trainer, she is passionate about excellence, sustainability, integrity and transformation. She currently serves on the Environment Africa (EA), Assa Abloy Zimbabwe(Chubb), and Security Partners Boards. Chengetai holds the following Qualifications: Master in MBA (UZ), BBA Marketing, (Solusi University), Bachelor of Theology (Great Commission-USA), Graduate Diploma in Development Studies (ZOU), and a Management Development Diploma. She has recently earned the designation Professional Director (Pro. Dir) after successful completion of the Professional Director Certification Program with Governance Solutions -Canada.

Mr Ndika is a Communication and Media Specialist and a Researcher whose interests are in Media Policy, Digital Media, and Corporate Communication. He previously worked as a Public Prosecutor, a Police Sergeant in the Zimbabwe Republic Police, a Security Officer, and a Loss Control Officer at Great Zimbabwe University and the Regency Hotels and Leisure Group. He has vast experience in Security and Crime Management which spans over fifteen years. He has a PhD in Media Studies(SA), MSc in Media and Society Studies (MSU)BA in Special Honors in Communication and Media Studies(ZOU) .
